GTI Pro Lite spray gun Top Load
GTi PRO Lite series are first-class manual spray guns that can be used in all types of industrial spray painting applications.
Pressure fed, bottom tank and top tank models, together with a wide range of newly developed air caps and nozzles, deliver exceptional spray quality on all types of solvent and water-based coatings.
PRO Lite series achieves its superior performance with its new design, high-capacity air ducts and coaxial air valve that allow compressed air to flow evenly through the body. These soft air passages in the air channels enable the air cap and nozzle to provide superior spray quality with continuous and equal distribution.
PRO Lite is manufactured using high-quality materials to guarantee a reliable, robust and long operating life in all industrial sectors.
The hot forged aluminum body with anodized outer surface, high quality stainless steel needle, nozzles and nickel-plated hardened air cap are suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions.
When routine maintenance is needed, its simple design allows maintenance to be carried out quickly and easily.
Please pay attention to the millimeter of the tip when choosing the product.
T110 – Varnish (higher solids) and super smooth finish
High-performance Trans-Tech atomization technology best suited for clear coats and polishes.
This air cap brings new levels of performance, especially when applying the latest compatible clear coats.
It also scores highly on its ability to eliminate pitting defects that can occur with low-solvent clear coats; However, it does not have the same transfer efficiency as other caps.
Because OEM coatings are not as smooth, they are not always suitable as when using lower solids technology.
Since it is applied like glass, it is especially suitable for classic car coatings or industrial applications.
Air consumption: 9.4cfm- 265l/min.
TE20 – Faster flowing gloss/clearcoat
Versatile polish/varnish gun.
The flow rate and fan pattern suit a wetter application style.
Compatible trans-tech high transmission efficiency (but not HVLP)
Available fluid tip sizes: 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4. For 2K gloss/clear, 1.3 is by far the most popular choice and is recommended by most paint manufacturers for their HS 2K products.
Atomization Technology: High Efficiency
Air Flow L/min: 360 (12.7 cfm)
Liquid g/m: 170 – 200
Pattern Height: 285 – 300mm
HV25 – HVLP high solids varnishes and solvent & water based basecoats
Located between TE20 and HV30 airheads
A 'hybrid' of high efficiency and HVLP combining to be one of the best performing air flaps to date
A fan pattern with larger, straighter edges significantly helps overlap to improve gloss levels and varnish
Produces excellent metallic control basecoats
Ideal for higher solids clear coats and solvent and waterborne base coats
HV30 – HVLP Max Transmission efficiency
This air cap provides maximum transfer efficiency rates, so it is particularly suitable for water-based base coat application.
Air Flow L/min: 460 (16.3 cfm)
Liquid g/m: 160 – 190
Pattern Height: 300 – 325mm
TE10 – Solvent and versatile
Trans-tech high transfer efficiency, not HVLP and best suited for solvent-based coating - water-based and can also be used for varnish - making it a good all-rounder to perform multiple tasks.
Suitable for basecoat application in a more traditional (non-HVLP) manner.
It is particularly suitable for solvent basecoats, but is sometimes preferred/recommended by some paint companies for water-based basecoat application.
This is a "Trans-tech" air cap that is compatible but not HVLP. This means the spray pattern is more elliptical (squat/rounded) than the open flat (wide fan width) pattern found in the H1 airhead. Click the information pack button above for more information.
